دسترسی‌پذیری چیست؟ تعریف قابلیت دسترسی یا دسترسی‌پذیری:
شرایط محلی که امکان حرکت آزادانه معلولان را فراهم می‌کند و معلولان، عینا مثل افراد غیر معلول برای استفاده از این مکان ها نیاز به تجهیزات خاص یا تغییر وضعیت ندارند. در منابع‌انسانی، این اصطلاح به‌طور معمول در محل کار، سرویس بهداشتی و سایت‌های مشتری به‌کاربرده می‌شود. در انگلستان، کارفرمایان به منظور جلوگیری از مقایسه افراد معلول با افراد غیرمعلول در محل کار باید “تنظیمات معقول” ایجاد کنند. مانند تهیه تجهیزات ویژه یا قرار دادن میز این افراد در دسترس‌ترین قسمت سازمان،در صورت لزوم.

What is Accessibility؟
Accessibility definition The extent to which a location allows free movement of those with disabilities and doesn’t require disabled people to use special equipment or change their movements in order to use the place to the same level as non-disabled people. In HR, this term is typically applied to places of work, toilets and client sites. In the UK, employers must make ‘reasonable adjustments’ to avoid disabled people being disadvantaged compared to non-disabled people in the workplace, such as providing special equipment where necessary or desk space in the most accessible part of the organization.
