طرح استمرار کسب و کار چیست؟
تعریف طرح استمرار کسب و کار: طرح استمرار کسب و کار که معمولاً به اختصار BCP شناخته میشود، پاسخ توافق یک سازمان به رویدادهای مهم خارج از کنترل آنها است. طرح استمرار کسب و کار نقشهای است برای چگونگی عملکرد سازمان در صورت وخیم شدن شرایط داخلی، اقتصادی یا محیطی، مانند از دست دادن یک رهبر اصلی، بارش شدید برف، آسیب به زیرساختها، قطع زنجیره تامین یا رکود اقتصادی.
این طرح همچنین طرح استمرار و انعطاف کسب و کار (BCRP) نیز نامیده میشود.
بازیابی فاجعه زیرمجموعه معروف طرح استمرار کسب و کار است و به سیاستها و رویههایی با هدف حفظ زیرساختهای مهم قبل، حین و بعد از فاجعه اشاره دارد.

Business Continuity Planning definition: Commonly abbreviated to BCP, business continuity planning is an organisation’s agreed response to significant events outside of their control. A business continuity plan is a map for how the organisation will operate if internal, economic or environmental conditions worsen, such as due to the loss of a key leader, heavy snowfall, damage to infrastructure, supply chain interruption, or a financial downturn.
Also called business continuity and resiliency planning (BCRP).
Disaster recovery is a well-known subset of business continuity planning and refers to policies and procedures aimed at maintaining critical infrastructure before, during and after a disaster.
